The Azerbaijani Parliament can adopt the Law on Defamation this year, said Chairman of the Parliament’s Law Policy and State-building Committee Ali Huseynli. Huseynli said that this and the other issues were considered by the National Action Program for increasing the efficiency of human rights and freedoms in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
